Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 onion, julienned |
1 green pepper, julienned |
1 red pepper, julienned |
1 1/2 pounds sliced flank steak |
1 ripe tomato |
1 bay leaf |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon dried oregano |
white rice, for serving |
black beans, for serving |
fried plantains, for serving |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and peppers and saute until translucent. Add steak, tomato, bay leaf, cumin, garlic, and oregano. Stir to combine and cook for 25 minutes. 2. Serve with white rice, black beans, and sweet fried plantains. 3.
