Most butcher shops sell the rib bones cut from the prime or standing rib roasts. Really Delicious!! Serve 2 per person. Ingredients:
12 beef bones, ribs |
garlic salt |
seasoning salt (lots of both) |
2 tablespoons dry mustard |
3 tablespoons cream |
breadcrumbs (fine) |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Generously sprinkle bones with garlic salt and seasoned pepper. 3. Make a paste of the dry mustard and cream. 4. Brush each rib with the paste and sprinkle each with fine bread crumbs. 5. Place ribs on broiler pan and broil 3 minutes per side, brushing with melted butter while turning, 10 to 12 minutes in total or until well browned and crispy. 6. Serve with baked potatoes and vegetables. |
