This is an experiment. There may be too much liquid. Actually using dried mushrooms this time rather than fresh. I'd use more potatoes in the pot if I had them... Ingredients:
2 lb beef, boneless ribs |
1 tsp chili powder |
1 tsp cumin |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1 cup scallions, sliced |
1 cup carrot, chopped |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 potato, red large diced |
8 oz mushrooms |
14 oz stewed tomatoes |
10 oz tomatoes, rotel original |
1 cup red wine, (cooking wine) |
1 cup beef broth |
Directions:
1. Combine chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper (mor e or less to taste) and rub mixture over ribs. 2. Place ribs in bottom of slow cooker. 3. Add all other ingredients, 4. stir everything but the beef. 5. Cook overnight 8-9 hours. |
