This is the best way I have found to make pork chops. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons coarse salt |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
4 boneless pork chops, 1/4 inch thick |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in oven proof skillet over medium heat. 3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides; add to skillet. 4. Saute until golden brown: about 2 minute. 5. Flip, cook two more minute. 6. Place pan in oven; roast until cooked through. About 10- 20 minutes. |
