Bonefish Grill Citrus Herb Vinaigrette

This is a copycat recipe I found for the delicious vinaigrette served at the Bonefish Grill. I love it! I could drink the stuff! Makes about a cup but will keep for a few days in the fridge so double up.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grey poupon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl;
2. Microwave on high for one minute or until the mixture bubbles rapidly;
3. Whisk for one minute more until mixture forms an emulsion;
4. Cover and chill for one hour before serving.
