Bone Suckin' Shrimp Salsa

Salsa with a Bone Suckin' twist!
Ingredients:
bone suckin' salsa: 1/2 jar
shrimp, 1 lb. cooked, shelled, deveined and tails removed, chopped
red onion, 1/2 of onion, finely chopped
grape tomatoes, 16 oz, cut in half
green or black olives, 1/2 cup (i used a mixture of both)
jalapeƱo, 2 whole fresh, seeded and chopped finely
cucumber, 1, chopped finely
avocado, 2 whole, chopped
lime juice, 2 whole limes juiced
cilantro, 1 cup, chopped finely
sea salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
1. Combine shrimp, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, Bone Suckin' Salsa and jalapenos in a large bowl. Add lime juice, sea salt, pepper and cilantro. Stir gently. Refrigerate and before, serving, add the avocado and serve.
2. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips. Serves 12.
