From the Smoke and Spice Cookbook. Ingredients:
12 ounces beer |
3/4 cup canola oil |
1/2 onion, chopped fine |
2 limes, juice of |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
3 lbs skirt steaks, trimmed |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
4 onions, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight. 2. Remove meat from marinade and grill. Simultaneously grill sliced onions. 3. Serve with flour tortillas, grated cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, etc. |
