very low sugar and fat free Ingredients:
4 oz mtn. high low-fat van. yogurt |
4 oz skim milk |
5 oz mott's cinnamon applesauce |
16 packets splenda |
2/5 cup brown sugar |
6 tbsp organic egg whites |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 tsp ground nutmeg |
1/2 cup cream of wheat |
1/4 cup milled flax |
1/2 cup all purpose flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tbsp cinnamon |
3 1/4 cup oats |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Beat together yogurt, applesauce, and sugars until creamy. 3. Add egg whites, vanilla, and nut met; beat well. 4. In seperate bowl, combine cream of wheat, flax, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. 5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, a little at a time. 6. Stire in oats. 7. Bake 12 min, or until golden brown. 8. Cool at least 1 minute. |
