Quick nut/salad mixture with an indian twist
Ingredients:
2 cups peanuts
1/2 medium onion chopped finely
3 green onions chopped
cilantro (as much for your taste)
1 serrano pepper (chop more than that to make spicier)
1/2 cup of pepper jack or jalepeno cheese crumbled
fresh lime juice for taste (about 1-2) eyeball it
Directions:
1. Chop onions, peppers, and cilantro
2. Mix together peanuts, onions, peppers and cilantro in a bowl
3. Add crumbled cheese
4. Squeeze lime juice and mix
