This is a great salad.
Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
3 large ripe avocados, mashed
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
lemon juice, to taste
curry powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 4 hours for flavors to marry and onion bits soften.
2. Serve on a bed of chopped lettuce with sliced tomatoes and ripe black olives.
