This recipe goes well with a variety of Indian dishes. No bicycles were harmed in the preparation of this dish. Ingredients:
7 fluid ounces yogurt |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons mango chutney |
1 lime, zest and juice of |
2 ounces shredded coconut |
cayenne pepper, to dust |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend the yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, lime juice, zest and coconut. 2. Spoon into a bowl and chill for 1 hour. 3. Dust with a little cayenne pepper and serve. |
