BOLOGNA NUT SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gibson Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1981. Ingredients:
1 pound bologna |
1/2 pound blanched peanuts |
1 small jar dill pickle relish |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Grind bologna and peanuts then add relish and mix well. 2. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten. |
