Ingredients:
2 eggs, well beaten |
1 teaspoon granulated sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, & grease an 8-inch loaf pan. 2. Mix together the eggs, sugar, salt, pepper & creamed corn, blending well. 3. Pour into prepared loaf pan, then top with breadcrumbs & dot with margarine. 4. Bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown. |
