Food for the Festival of St. Benedict Ingredients:
1 egg ,lightly beaten |
1 small onion,finely chopped |
1 green scallion,finely chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley,chopped |
3 to 4 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 cup left-over rice |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Mix egg,onion,scallion,parsley,flour,milk and salt. 2. Add rice,round into Tablespoon size balls and fry in hot oil until brown,drain |
