Bok Choy With Oyster Sauce |

I have not tried this but it sounds good. It comes from an estate sale. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut oil |
3 cloves garlic finely chopped |
1-1/2 pounds bok choy cut into bite size pieces |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat and sauté garlic for 10 seconds. 2. Add water and bok choy then cook stirring and tossing constantly for 5 minutes. 3. Stir in oyster sauce immediately before serving and garnish with sesame seeds. |
