This leafy vegetable is crunchy and sweet in taste and goes well with just anything . Ingredients:
3 slices ginger , slightly crushed |
1 s. onion , sliced |
100 g crabmeat , cooked and flaked |
800 ml broth |
200 ml water |
2 tsp soy sauce |
200 g bok choy , sliced |
1 carrot , sliced |
garnish |
pinch of pepper and some sesame oil ( i used olive oil , can even use grapeseed oil ) |
Directions:
1. Fry the ginger and shallots for few secs . 2. Add the crab meat and stir fry for 1 min . 3. Add the broth , sauce and water . 4. Boil . 5. Add the veges and cook until tender . 6. Garnish and serve at once . |
