Bok Choy Au Gratin

A great addition to any dinner.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh bok choy
2 teaspoons butter (divided)
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
2 teaspoons fine, dry breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Boil bok choy for 5 minutes.
2. Drain well.
3. Preheat broiler.
4. Place bok choy in ungreased square oven dish.
5. In 1 quart saucepan, melt 1 Tbsp butter over low heat.
6. Stir in flour, salt, and nutmeg.
7. Cook, stirring, until smooth.
8. Quickly add cream and cheese,heat to boiling, stirring.
9. Boil and stir 1 minutes.
10. Pour over bok choy.
11. Mix breadcrumbs and 1 T melted butter.
12. Sprinkle over bok choy and broil 6 inches from heat for about 5 minutes.
