2 cups baby bok choy |
2 cups shitake mushrooms |
3 ears corn |
1/3 cup scallions |
1/4 cup white wine |
Directions:
1. Cut vegetables 2. Cook corn in vegetable spray 3. Add bok choy and mushrooms 4. Add white wine 5. Cook until just tender |
