This is a recipe I adopted from Zaar. And it is wonderful!!! Ingredients:
3 cups fish stock |
2 bay leaves |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon dry basil |
1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, unpeeled |
Directions:
1. Bring stock and seasonings to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. 2. Turn heat to high, add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. 3. Immediately drain shrimp amd refrigerate. 4. When cool peel and chill well. |
