Ingredients:
2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. 2. Combine parsley, butter, salt, and pepper in saucepan. Return potatoes to pan; toss to coat. |
