Boiled Corn on the Cob With Spicy Butter |

We absolutely love this, we tend to get bored with 'plain' corn on the cob after eating it all summer Ingredients:
4 large fresh corn on the cob, shucked |
6 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine the butter, parsley, chili powder, garlic salt, and cumin; set aside. 2. To pot of boiling water add 1 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoons lemon juice. Add corn. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes, uncovered. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove from hot water, spread ears of corn with seasoned butter. |
