My dad is a bodybuilder and needs lots of protein. This is a great soup for anyone and those needing that protein .Simple, quick and very filling. Ingredients:
3 cans chicken stock |
1 lb. chorizo (or your choice) |
3 lb. chicken breast |
2 lb. egg noodle |
salt |
pepper |
garlic |
Directions:
1. Chop and pan fry chorizo 2. Bring pot of water to a boil and boil chicken until tender,cooked and can pull apart with a fork(about 25 min.) 3. Add chicken stock and chorizo and bring back to a full boil 4. Add egg noodles and boil about 10 minutes until noodles are done. 5. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. 6. Serve |
