Bocconcini Skewers

A barbecue appetizer. If you cannot find bocconcini, you can use cubes of mozzarella cut the same size as the bread cubes.
Ingredients:
1 lb. bocconcini balls (mozzarella balls)
1 baguette
2 tbsp olive oil
2 anchovies
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut cheese and bread into same size cubes.
2. Put a cube of bread, a cube of cheese, and a cube of bread on a toothpick. Repeat.
3. Sauté anchovies in oil, add butter and salt and pepper.
4. Lightly toast skewers on grill while brushing with anchovy sauce.
