This time they stayed as balls. And I changed the garbanzo beans to chick peas and got the correct nutritional values Ingredients:
15 oz chick peas (one can), drained and rinsed |
1 cup onion, rough chopped |
7 oz tofu |
2 tbsp garlic powder |
1 tbsp cumin |
1 tbsp curry powder |
6 tbsp whole wheat flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. mix ingredients in food processor. 2. Place golf ball size balls onto greased (with spray) cookie sheet 3. bake at 450 until golden brown |
