1 cup onion |
1 apple, peeled and diced |
2 lbs filet mignon |
2 slices bread, soaked in milk |
2 tablespoons curry powder |
1/2 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons slivered almonds |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 eggs |
1/2 tablespoon turmeric |
6 bay leaves |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan. 2. Add onions and sauté. 3. Add apples and continue to sauté. 4. Add the beef and seal it. 5. Squeeze out the excess milk from the bread, tear up and add to the pot. 6. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. |
