Ingredients:
1 lb egg noodles
6 -7 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lb cottage cheese
1 pint sour cream
3/4 cup white raisins
3 cups milk
1/4 cup melted unsalted margarine
Directions:
1.
Boil noodles.
2.
Mix all ingredients together.
3.
Put into a large casserole dish.
4.
Top with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
5.
Add crushed cornflakes on top.
6.
Refrigerate overnight.
7.
Bake 350. 1 hours.
