1 1/2 cups rolled oats |
1/4 cup dried fruits, such as apricots, prunes, and raisins (raisins can be left whole) |
1/4 cup almonds, chopped |
3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds |
2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground |
1/2 teaspoon orange rind, very finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well. 2. Store leftovers in an airtight container. |
