Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup dried fruits, such as apricots, prunes, and raisins (raisins can be left whole)
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
1/2 teaspoon orange rind, very finely chopped
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
2. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
