Bob Evans Sausage Con Queso Dip |

This came from Family Circle. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 lb bob evans zesty hot sausage |
16 ounces pasteurized processed cheese, cut up |
16 ounces salsa |
12 ounces tortilla chips (1 package) |
Directions:
1. Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. Drain and return to saucepan. Add cheese to sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in salsa.
2. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
