Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream |
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans |
1 bunch green onions, chopped |
1 packet taco seasoning |
2 cups shredded mexican cheddar |
tortilla chips, as accompaniment |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl mix together sour cream, cream cheese, refried beans, onions and taco seasoning. Put mixture in an 8 by 8-inch glass dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips. |
