Ingredients:
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
small can green chilies
1 small can (4 oz.) pimentos with liquid
1 t. garlic salt
2 t. butter or margarine
Directions:
1. Sauté the onions and green pepper in butter or margarine. Melt Velveeta cheese cubes and mix with onion and green pepper. Add a can of pimentos with liquid. Season with chili powder and garlic salt.
2. Serve warm with tortilla chips, warmed pita bread, or lahvosh. Save any leftovers in the fridge and mix in rice and/or beans as a side dish for dinner later in the week
