A great strawberry frozen cocktail Ingredients:
7 strawberries, sliced in half |
1 1/2 ounces white rum |
1/2 teaspoon lime juice |
4 ice cubes |
1/4 cup strawberry ice cream |
club soda |
Directions:
1. Combine strawberries, rum, lime juice, ice and ice cream in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall chilled glass.
4. Top with club soda and garnish with an orange wheel, 1/2 strawberry and fresh mint.
