Blushing Pork Loin

Ingredients:
10 ounces pork loin
29 ounces peaches, halves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper your pork loin and brown on both sides in a large frying pan. Place the browned pork in the Crock Pot.
2. Drain the peach halves, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice. Place the drained peach halves on top of the pork loin.
3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup peach juice, and vinegar. Pour over the peaches and pork.
4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
