I found this recipe at Tops The recipe is courtesy of 3 A Day Of Dairy. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
6 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt |
1/2 cup apple juice |
1/3 cup fresh blueberries or 1/3 cup frozen blueberries |
1/3 cup fresh peaches or 1/3 cup frozen peaches |
5 -6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients with ice (amount of ice will vary depending on desired consistency). Pour into a glass and serve chilled. 2. Enjoy! |
