This is a great light smoothie with a fresh summery taste! Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh is best) |
1 banana |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 tablespoon sugar (or splenda) |
1/3 cup milk |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Peel the banana, break into 3 or 4 pieces, and place in a blender. Add blueberries, lime juice, sugar, milk and crushed ice. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. |
