Feeling under the weather? Care to try a treat thats good for you. This lovely smoothie is made with berries and juices. You'll feel energized after having one of these babies. Ingredients:
1 cup blackberry |
1 1/4 cups blueberries |
1/3 cup orange juice, orange |
1/3 cup cranberry juice, cranberry |
2 tablespoons honey (optional) |
1 1/2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt, vanilla, frozen |
2 ice cubes |
1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg, ground |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth. 2. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy. |
