Ingredients:
1 cup blackberry
1 1/4 cups blueberries
1/3 cup orange juice, orange
1/3 cup cranberry juice, cranberry
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
1 1/2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt, vanilla, frozen
2 ice cubes
1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg, ground
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.
