Blueberries, OJ, yogurt and banana - a powerful punch of antioxidants and vitamin C. From SuperFoods by Steven Pratt, MD. Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed |
1/2 cup fresh blueberries or 1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 banana, very ripe |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend on medium until smooth and frothy. 3. Pour into glasses and serve.2. |
