Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt |
1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed |
1 cup blueberries, fresh,rinsed |
1 banana, very ripe |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy. 3. Pour into glasses and serve. |
