Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

Yogurt makes these muffins extra moist. I always flour the berries before I add them to the batter.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter or 1/3 cup margarine
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In another bowl, stir together the butter, yogurt, egg and vanilla.
3. Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Blend in the blueberries.
5. Spoon into muffin tins.
6. Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes for the regular sized muffins.
