Ingredients:
1 cup wild rice |
3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
3 cups water |
2 tablespoons sugar (optional) |
1 dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Serve hot, as a side dish, or serve cool for dessert topped with whipped cream. |
