Fast, cute and delicious. Ingredients:
185 g butter |
50 ml milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar ( i used vanilla sugar.) |
250 g flour |
1 egg yolk |
500 g blueberries |
lavender syrup |
Directions:
1. Slice butter in small chunks and whisk until it is creamy. 2. Mix milk with salt and sugar. 3. Whisk it with butter, after it is smooth add flour in small portions and knead fast a dough, work in the egg yolk. 4. Set aside in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 5. Butter tart forms fill with the pastry, add blueberries, sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoon lavender syrup. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 180°C. 7. Lavender syrup: 8. For the syrup I cooked 500 ml of water with 350 g of sugar and poured it over a bunch of lavender and added the juice of one lemon. I let it stood that way for 5 hours and after filled in a bottle. |
