This syrup is perfect to top french toast, waffles, or pancakes with. Putting some orange juice in it really makes it yummy. Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen blueberries, thawed |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl stir together orange juice and cornstarch, set aside. In a small saucepan mix together blueberries, sugar, and orange juice mixture. 2. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. |
