Very easy to make blueberry cheesecake, it's a hit a work! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
4-8 oz. packages cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 tsp. vanilla |
4 eggs |
1 can blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Mix the graham crackers and 1/2 cup of the sugar together. Mix in the butter, then spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13 cake pan. 2. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. 3. Add eggs and mix until blended. 4. Pour mix onto graham cracker crust . 5. Spoon pie filling on top, gently swirl with a toothpick. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. 7. Refrigerate three hours or overnight before serving. |
