I have not tried this recipe. I got it from a recipe box from a estate sale. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup sour cream |
16 ounces blueberry pie filling (1 can) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Crumble Topping: mix together sugar, flour and butter and set aside. 3. Cream butter, eggs, and sugar; add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. 4. Spread 1/2 of batter in ungreased 13x9x2 pan; top with can of blueberry filling. 5. Spread other half of batter and sprinkle with crumble topping. 6. Bake 50 minutes. 7. Cool and cut in squares to serve. |
