My recipe. This is low potassium/low phosphorus. Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries |
2 cups soymilk (8th continent) |
1 cup raspberry-lime juice or 1 cup diet v8 splash |
Directions:
1. Place 1 cup juice in blender. 2. Place 1 cup of blueberries in blender. 3. Pulse several times. 4. Add 2 cups of soy milk in blender, and mix high speed until smooth. |
