This is so incredibly simple and especially good on a hot summer day. I think it's best straight from the processor rather than refrozen. I love blueberries and freeze about a hundred pounds of them every summer so I haven't tried other fruit but I'm thinking raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, just about any frozen berry would work. Mangoes! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups blueberries, frozen |
2 tablespoons white grape juice |
artificial sweetener or superfine sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine in food processor and pulse to a stiff slush; serve or refreeze. |
