Keep some bananas and berries in the freezer so that you can make fruit smoothies at any time Ingredients:
1 large banana, cut into chunks |
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries |
1 cup fat-free soy milk |
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Place banana chunks in a heavy-duty ziptop plastic bag. Seal and freeze at least 4 hours. 2. Process frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve immediately. |
