You can add or subtract fruit as you see fit. I also use additional juices, like Acia Berry or Pom. Using a piece of ginger root is good for digestion. Ripe bananas work best. Ingredients:
1 ripe banana |
1 cup mango peach juice |
2 tbsp protein powder |
1 tsp ginger root (optional) |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1 cup (4 ice cubes) water |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix for 3-5 minutes until smooth. |
