1 cup apple cider |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
2 large bananas (if berries aren't frozen, freeze at least 1 banana) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender & process until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses & ENJOY! |
