You may swap current jelly for cherry brandy for a different version. Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries |
1 cup sugar |
1 slice lemon (juice only) |
1/4 cup cherry brandy |
Directions:
1. Put in food processer for about 4 minutes. 2. Pass through a very fine sieve. 3. Serve over cheesecake and garnish with blueberries. |
