Blueberry Sauce for Cheesecake

You may swap current jelly for cherry brandy for a different version.

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries

1 cup sugar

1 slice lemon (juice only)

1/4 cup cherry brandy

Directions:

1. Put in food processer for about 4 minutes.
2. Pass through a very fine sieve.
3. Serve over cheesecake and garnish with blueberries.
