This recipe goes with Gingerbread Cake with Blueberry Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; add blueberries. Return to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Cool. |
